Stillness inside a very busy place.

The series moves between crowded streets and quiet corners, looking for the calm moments in the middle of it all. It's less about the markets than about the people in them: how someone stands, and what they do while they wait.

Most of the portraits came from brief encounters, sometimes nothing more than a nod, before everyone kept moving.
