Services
Photography of real people and real places.
I photograph people as they are, usually at work or at events. That suits cultural institutions and NGOs, and just as well companies and publications that want their people to look like themselves. I work in Swedish, English and Arabic, and deliver images ready to use.
What I do
- Documentary photography for campaigns and reports
- Portraits and interview photography
- Event documentation
- Editing and image selection
- Captions and copy in Swedish, English and Arabic
- Graphic design and layout for print and social
How I work
My own projects, like Jordan and Souls of Marrakesh, are mostly street photography, made candidly in public places. Some portraits in them come from a short exchange first, others are moments I saw and took. I'm drawn to people who aren't performing for the camera.
Commissioned work is different. I ask before I photograph, explain what the images are for, and send people their pictures afterwards. Where people are in vulnerable situations I follow the organisation's consent process, and I'm comfortable working without identifying faces when that's the right call.
You get the images edited and captioned, in the sizes you need for print or web.
Enquiries
Tell me what the images are for, roughly when you need them, and whether there's a budget in place. I'll come back with what's possible.
